So, I just finished the book and it happens to be the first book I have finished since the children have come into my life. (over 7 years) My husband actually commented on how he enjoyed seeing me enjoy myself and relaxing. The book was so beautiful and inspiring. For me it really spoke to me about Proverbs 3:5,6 that God directs our paths. He places dreams and desires in our hearts and we just need to trust in him that he will make it come to fruition. I think that praying for His will to be done is just that. Trusting in Him, I love how someone prophesied to the Madas family and told them that they would be with some Protestants and how God gave them certain desires in their hearts and really directed their paths to make that happen. So cool! Well done!

Raised! is a wonderful story about faith. The story is compelling and heart wrenching, but ultimately ends in true Redemption. As a mother, I read it whilst crying tears. As a Christian, I read it through a completely different lens. It is an amazing true story that one can read again and again. Well done!
