What happens when the girl you’ve loved since you were six years old runs away from you, effectively breaking your heart again? Evan is about to find out.

Nineteen-year-old Evan spends his time in the woods of Dare Forest where the trees have personality, as close to Abby as he can be. But love has a cruel master and everyone around him has forbidden he contact her.

Abby’s nights are stressed with her Enchanter life, her dreaded nightmares, and her enduring will to save her brother from his own inner darkness. But when Evan speaks to her for the first time in fourteen years, she finds his voice too painful to bear.
Countless times before them, the union between their opposing families has failed and caused unfathomable destruction. The love in their hearts strives to be together forever, but will their destinies break them apart?

Allie Burke’s second novel in The Enchanters Series breaks through the Paranormal Romance genre to not just entertain her readers but to empower and inspire them to embrace the momentous question: What would you do when faced with an impossible love?

Crit Appertaining To Books Emerald Destiny (The Enchanters #2)
I was so mad!!!! Fictional characters do NOT make me cry. They don't exist. They are in the author's head. Well, I felt the twinge in my stomach, then the tightness in my chest, then the watery eyes, then the tear fell. How absurd! Ms. Burke caused me to become all emotional about enchanters. I kept telling myself, "Don't be stupid. They aren't even real!" It didn't start out that way. Everything seemed hunky dorey. Well, that didn't last long. The relationships in this book are rich and

I liked it a lot. I am still somewhat confused about some things. Ready for the third and hoping that answers my questions.

**Complimentary copy provided by author for an honest review**Emerald Destiny is so AWESOME!!! I loved it!! Just like the first book, about Abby and Daniel's parents (Jane and Elias), this book rocked my world. From the start up to the last, I was hooked! Abby and Evan are amazing! I love their chemistry and the build up of the characters are there.. Also Daniel, he's amazing! I love his personality and I can't wait to read his story! Back to Abby and Evan, I was so touched on this book. My heart

I loved Emerald Destiny just as much as Violet Midnight. Emerald Destiny follows the next generation of Enchanters, who are even more powerful than the last generation. Some familiar characters from the first book play a part as well. Abby and Evans story is a sad one. Their parents do their best to keep them apart. The author does a wonderful job of building on the world that she first introduced in Violet Midnight. Emerald Destiny made me appreciate the character of Cameron even more. I have

Ive been waiting for the second book in the The Enchanters series, and it was well worth the wait. The love that began with a little orange-red leaf between Abby and Evan, when they were children in Violet Midnight, is in now in full bloom. But when a Reeds man falls in love with a Brooks woman, it never has a happy-ending. Abby is a beautiful, strong- willed girl, who's not going to allow the history between the two families to destroy her and Evan's love. The way it did with her mother. In the

Emerald Destiny is an emotional ride that you won't want to put down. I liked the first book Violet Midnight but this one I loved. I truly connected with the characters and didn't want to stop reading. Abby and Evan get to tell their story in this one. It was all about their parents in Violet Midnight. I still loved getting to read about Jane and Christian but Abby and Evan's relationship just took the story to a whole new level. Abby is very strong willed and protective of her family. Then

liked this one pretty good!!! excited about book 3. love the twins daniel and abby and love evan also!!!
