Kids would like this book with its twists and turns regarding a house swap gone really bad. little mystery and adventure. Some sillinessbut entertainingGreat book. Well written. Lots of plot twists. Didn't want to put this book down till the end. Wonder if the family will have another adventure vacation.
Husband and wife writers, Mark Levin and Jennifer Flackett did a great job of keeping my interest. The Hitchock Family is family we are all familiar with today - growing pains, martial situations and children drifting in different directions. Quite an adventure!!!

Thirteen-year-old Maddy Hitchcock may be exasperated with her genius kid brother Benji, but both of them can agree that their family tradition of terrible summer vacations must stop. Unfortunately, their father refuses to be talked out of his scheme to swap houses with the Vadims, a family from Paris. The luxurious apartment they end up in is great, but the mysterious men who follow them around and chase them over rooftops really put a damper on the vacation. The squabbling siblings and spouses
Reads like movie. Implausible in lots of parts but action kept story moving.
Predictable, cliched, and boring. I felt like I was watching a made for TV movie on ABC Family.
