Ilustration Supposing Books The Gore: Book Six of the Oz Chronicles (The Oz Chronicles #6)

I find it a complete lack of insight (maybe brains!) on the part of publishers for not seeing the brilliant and wonderful story in the Oz chronicles. The Gore is yet another fine example of Ridley's amazing creativity and storytelling ability. Every time I open a new book, it is like no time has passed and I am drawn right back into the scary world of Oz and his warrior friends and I can't stop reading until I'm done. R.W. Ridley has certainly out done himself with the creature featured in this installment. The Gore will not disappoint!

Ridley hits a homerun again as Oz and his dwindling band of survivors carries on in their hunt for Lou, eventually finding her. Unfortunately, this is a very changed Lou and Oz is concerned for his new friend. Eventually they meet the good (bad) Dr underground who has secret tricks up his sleeve to end the world. If you've been reading Oz's story thus far, this installment will NOT disappoint. Ridley has honed his talent and should be picked up by the big publishers now. They should be

this series has been a very quick and enjoyable one. its gone from being a little bit kiddy to being something I cant wait to finish. the Gore had its darksides to it even more do than some of the other books as the characters age it kinds just flows that way. cant wait to finish the series and find out what happens to oz and his family.

ALL of these books are AWESOMENESSCan't wait to read the next and hope it's not the LAST!!! These remind me of the Dark Tower Series by Stephen King...LOVE THEM ALL :)

The gang has found Lou but her mind is being controlled by a new kind of monster called The Gore. They are a mish-mash of human and animal parts but they are able to take over your mind and make you believe you want to do anything for them...including giving them your own body parts. We're getting close to the end of the series now. Dr. Bashir is now part of the story so I'm assuming we're heading for a major climax in the next book. No idea yet when that's due to come out. Hopefully soon.
